Register Your MDS Product
MDS is preparing an online product-registration system for eligible devices, including MDS GLM products. Registration will help associate the device Serial Number / Product ID with the purchaser, purchase date and warranty record.

Until the automated registration form is activated, keep your purchase invoice and device Serial Number / Product ID. These may be required for warranty verification.

Planned registration fields
- Customer name and contact details.
- Product model.
- Serial Number / Product ID.
- Purchase date.
- Invoice or proof-of-purchase reference.
- Seller / distributor information where applicable.
- Country and deployment details.
- Extended-warranty selection where commercially available.
Product registration does not replace a valid proof of purchase where one is required. Warranty coverage remains subject to the applicable MDS warranty terms and any product-specific quotation or agreement.
